三种方法治疥疮的患者满意度分析

Three kinds of methods to treat scabies patient satisfact

目的通过对硫磺软膏、口服抗组胺药物或口服强的松联合硫磺软膏治疗疥疮后的满意度比较,探讨治疗疥疮更快速、有效的方法。方法根据不同治疗方案分组(单用硫磺软膏全身外用治疗为A组;口服强的松联合硫磺软膏外用治疗为B组;左西替利嗪片口服联合硫磺软膏外用治疗为C组),治疗结束一周后随访一次,填写满意度调查表。结果 A、B、C三组治疗1个疗程后一周,满意率分别为62.0%、84.0%、80.0%。A组分别与B组、C组有效率比较(x^2=7.48和x^2=3.93)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);完成治疗4周后,A、B、C三组满意度分别为80.0%、88.0%、84.0%。三种方案在满意率方面并无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论三种治疗方案治疗疥疮均有效,但在治疗疗程的长短、患者满意度方面,采用联合强的松口服或联合左西替利嗪口服治疗疥疮明显优于单纯使用硫磺软膏治疗。

Objective to sulfur ointment, antihistamines and oral prednisone combined with sulfur ointment in the treatment of scabies after the satisfaction, explores the presentation of scabies treatment more effective method. In A group and B group, C group satisfaction rate compare （x^2=6.14 and x^2=3.93） the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Conclusion the three therapeutic schemes in the treatment of scabies are valid, but in the course of treatment duration, patient satisfaction, using combined with pretinisone combined with western for oral or in the oral treatment of scabies was significantly better than that of using sulfur ointment in the treatment of.
