实施全程优质护理服务提高住院患者依从性的体会

The Experience of The Implementation of High Quality Nursing in The Improvement Compliance and Experience of The Hospitalized Patients

目的:探讨实施优质护理服务对改善目前住院患者治疗护理依从性的作用及体会。方法:随机抽取120例住院患者进行问卷调查,分为对照组和干预组,干预组实施全程全面优质护理服务,强化健康教育,在多方面给予综合干预,对照组按照功能制护理完成其治疗及护理。结果:干预组的依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:实施全程优质护理能提高住院患者治疗依从性。

Objective： To explore the implementation of high quality nursing in the improvement compliance and experience of the hospitalized patients. Method： 120 hospitalized patients were investigated with a questionnaire, and divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group were given the implementation of comprehensive quality of nursing service throughout the whole hospitalized time, strengthen health education, given the comprehensive intervention. The control group according to the function nursing completed their treatment and nursing. Result： The compliance of intervention group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： The full implementation of quality nursing can improve the compliance of hospitalized patients.
