颌间结扎钉配合坚固内固定术治疗颌骨骨折的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察应用颌间牵引钉应用于治疗颌骨骨折的优点、注意事项及临床适应证。方法:对38例颌骨骨折病例,应用颌间牵引,恢复上下颌的关系并加以固定,然后在此基础上完成骨折的坚强内固定。结果:38例均Ⅰ期愈合,1例发生轻度咬合错乱,经调磨咬合早期接触及缺牙修复后恢复正常。结论:颌间牵引钉适合多种类型骨折,创伤小、方便舒适,可以取代传统的以牙为固定源的牙弓夹板固定方法。
