摘要
目的研究青蒿油多相脂质体对不同肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法检测青蒿油多相脂质体对4种不同肿瘤细胞株的生长抑制作用。结果青蒿油多相脂质体对人白血病HL-60及人红白血病K562、小鼠黑色素瘤B-16、人肝癌BEL-7402细胞的半抑制浓度(IC50)分别为124.00、390.14、391.94、854.01μg/mL,在浓度为520μg/mL时,对四种细胞株的抑制率分别为93.09%、70.56%、77.55%、40.00%。结论青蒿油多相脂质体在体外对4种肿瘤细胞株均具有明显的抑制作用,具有开发成抗癌新药的潜力。
Objective To study the inhibition effects of polyphase liposome of artemisia oil on different tumor cell lines. Methods The effects of polyphase liposome of artemisia oil on four kinds of tumor cell lines were detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT)assay. Results The hemi-inhibitory coneentration(ICs0) of polyphase liposome of artemisia oil to human leukemia cell lines HL-60 and K562,murine melanoma cell line B-16,human hepatoma cell line BEL-7402 were as follows: 124.00,390.14,391.94 and 854.01 p^g/mL respectively, and in the concentration of 520 p^g/mL, its inhibition rates to tumor cell lines were 93.09%,70.56%,77.55% and 40.00% respectively. Conclusion Polyphase liposome of artemisia oil has significant inhibitory effect in vitro on the four kinds of tumor cell lines, and has the developmental potentiality of new antieancer drug.
