摘要 实验结果表明,不含铝元素的Fe-Cr-B合金铸态组织主要有马氏体、残余奥氏体和不同类型硼碳化合物组成,硬度超过65HRC。铝加入量不超过1.0%时,合金硬度变化不明显,物相组成也未出现变化。加铝量达到1.5%时,基体中出现了铁素体,合金硬度急剧下降。随铝含量的增多,铁素体在基体中所占比例越来越高,硬度逐渐下降但变化不大。 The results indicated that with hardness over 65 HRC the as-cast microstructure of the aluminium- free sample consisted of martensite, residual austenite and varieties of boron and carbon compound. With a small amount of aluminium element (Al ≤ 1.0%) added, the phase composition had no significant change nor the hardness of the alloy. While the concentration of aluminium reached 1.5%, ferrite appeared in the matrix of Fe-Cr-B-Al alloy with a sharply decrease of hardness. The proportion of ferrite in the matrix went up along with increasing aluminium concentration and the hardness of alloy decreased gradually though without sharply change.
