摘要
军用电子产品电缆组件装配质量是影响整机可靠性的关键因素之一,电缆组件连接可靠性问题占整个系统综合布线质量问题的90%以上。主要介绍了1553B总线在军用电子产品中的应用,分析了1553B通讯电缆组件制作过程中的工艺难点及制作过程中出现质量问题的原因,以DK-621航空连接器为例,重点阐述了电缆组件制作的工艺方法和工艺流程,为高可靠性产品提供了有力的工艺保障。
The quality of cable assembly has great impact on machine reliability.the reliability problem of cable assemblies accounts for more than 90% in the whole integrated-wiring on system.Describe the application of 1553B Bus cable assembly in the military electronics.Analyze the process difficulty and quality problems of 1553B communication cable assembly production.Take DK-621 aviation connector as an example,elaborate the cable assembly production process and process flow,and provide strong technical safeguard for high reliability products.
