Traumatic Dislocation of Testis and Testicular Canceration

目的 :探讨创伤性睾丸脱位与睾丸恶变的关系。方法 :总结 1987年～ 1998年文献报告创伤性睾丸脱位后恶变 4例的发病及转归。结果 :37例创伤性睾丸脱位 ,癌变 4例 ,占 10 .8% ,明显高于一般人群的睾丸癌的发生率。结论 :创伤性睾丸脱位的癌变率较高 ,发病隐匿 ,易漏诊。故该类患者应及时诊治 ,以免睾丸恶变。

Objective:To investigate the relationship of Traumatic Dislocation of Testis and Testicular Canceration.Methods:According to the reports from 1987 to 1998,37cases of Traumatic Dislocation of Testis were surveyed in the aspect of cause and prognosis.Results:Among 37 cases,4cases of Testicular canceration were occured(10.8%).Conclusions:The rate of Testicular Canceration was relatively high in Traumatic Dislocation of Testis.But it was undiscovered easily,So more attention should be added to the patierts of Traumatic Disloeation of Testis.
