摘要 [目的]分析桑黄的挥发性化学成分及含量.[方法]应用二氧化碳超临界萃取法(SFE)和二氧化碳超临界带夹带剂乙醇法(SFE+C)进行提取,采用气相色谱-质谱法对提取物进行测定与分析,采用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量.[结果]从SFE法提取物中鉴定出35个化合物,从SFE+C法提取物中鉴定出43个化合物,2种方法提取物中10种成分相同.[结论]基本确定了桑树桑黄的挥发性化学成分及含量. OBJECTIVE To analyze the volatile chemical composition and contents of Phellinus linteus.METHODS By using CO2 supercritical extraction(SFE) and CO2 supercritical with cosolvent(ethanol)(SFE+C),the Phellinus linteus was extracted,and the chemical compositions were analyzed by GC-MS,and their percentage of relative contents were calculated by area normalization.RESULTS 35 kinds of compositions were identified by SFE,and 43 kinds of compositions were identified by SFE+C,in which 10 kinds compositions extracted by two methods were the same.CONCLUSION The volatile chemical composition of Phellinus linteus of mulberry tree are basically determined.
