摘要
[目的]调查临床护士感知护士长授权赋能行为与临床护士工作控制感现状及影响因素,并分析两者的相关性.[方法]采用调查问卷方式,对吉林省3所三级甲等医院824名临床注册护士进行调查.[结果]临床护士对护士长授权赋能行为的感知水平处于较高水平(均数为4.064),工作控制感处于中度水平(均数为3.148).临床护士感知护士长的授权赋能行为水平与工作控制感呈显著正相关(r=0.328,P<0.01),且各维度与临床护士工作控制感呈显著正相关(r=0.209~0.338,P<0.01).[结论]护理管理者可通过构建科学有效的授权赋能环境来提高临床护士的自我效能和工作控制感.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the present situation and influence factors of empowerment behavior in head nurses and sense of job-control in clinical nurses and analyze their correlation.METHODS 824 of clinical registered nurses from 3 grade A of hospitals in Jinlin province were investigated by the questionnaire.RESULTS The perception in clinical nurses for empowerment behavior of head nurses was at a high level(mean=4.064) while the sense of job-control in clinical nurses was at a moderate level(mean=3.148),and there was positive correlation in clinical nurses between the perception for empowerment behavior level of head nurses and sense of job control(r=0.328,P〈0.01),and its every dimension and clinical nurse’s sense of job control was significantly positive correlation(r=0.209~0.338,P〈0.01).CONCLUSION Nursing managers can improve the self-efficiency and sense of job control in clinical nurses by constructing scientific and effective empowerment environment.
