双歧四联活菌片预防100例小儿抗生素相关性腹泻临床观察

Clinical observation on preventive effects of combined live bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,enterococcus and bacillus cereus tablets for 100 cases of antimicrobial-associated diarrhea in children

[背景]观察口服双歧四联活菌片对小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的预防作用.[病例报告]选择住院小儿肺炎患儿200例,随机分为2个组,即预防性应用双歧四联活菌片组(治疗组)及对照组,每组各为100例,观察抗生素相关性腹泻发生率及严重程度.对照组100例中发生腹泻为35例(35%),其中重度腹泻为10例,轻度腹泻为25例;治疗组100例中4例(4%)发生腹泻,均为轻度腹泻;治疗组腹泻发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01).[讨论]口服双歧四联活菌片可预防小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的发生,疗效及依从性均较好.

BACKGROUND To observe the preventive effects of combined live bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,enterococcus and bacillus cereus tablets on antimicrobial associated diarrhea（AAD） in children.CASE REPORTS 200 cases of children with pheumonia were selected in hospital and randomly divided into 2 groups,treating group with combined live bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,enterococcus and bacillus cereus tablets and control group,100 cases in every group to observe the occurring rate of antimicrobial-associated diarrhea and the severity degree.35 cases（35%） of AAD occurred in 100 cases of the control group,in which 10 cases was in severe diarrhea and 25 cases in slight diarrhea,and 4 cases（4%） of ADD with slight diarrhea occurred in 100 cases in treating group,and there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.DISCUSSION The combined live bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,enterococcus and bacillus cereus tablets have preventive effects for the AAD in children.
