盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗腰椎关节突关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical effects of treatment of lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis with glucosamine hydrochloride

目的:探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗腰椎关节突关节骨性关节炎(lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis,LFJOA)的效果。方法:将LFJOA患者180例随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组单独使用口服洛索洛芬钠治疗;治疗组采用口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,治疗3个疗程,治疗前2周加用洛索洛芬钠口服,比较2组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗3个月内Oswestry评分均高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗6、12个月后治疗组Oswestry评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗LFJOA,疗效确切,不良反应少,是临床治疗腰椎关节突关节骨性关节炎的有效药物。

Objective： To explore the clinical effects of treatment of lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis （LFJOA） with glucosamine hydrochloride（GH）. Methods： One hundred and eighty patients with LFJOA were randomly divided into control group, which were treated with Loxoprofen Sodium and treatment group, which were treated with Loxoprofen Sodium at two weeks before treatment and GH for three courses. The effects of two groups were compared. Results： Compared with the control group, the Oswestry scores of treatment group were higher after 3 months （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and lower after 6 and 12 months （P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusions： Treatment of LFJOA with GH is effective, minor adverse effects, and GH is an effective drug.
