近年来,肝胆胰影像 技术迅速发展。螺旋CT,CT血管造影,CT和MRI动态增强,MR胰胆管造影(MRCP)以及CT和MR导引下穿刺活检等,为临床提供有价值的诊断信息,应用日益广泛,已确定了它们在影像学检查中的位置。随着成像技术的不断改进和新型造影剂研制成功,早期病变的检出能力将得到增强。

Recently, the rapid devel-opment of imaging diagnosis techniques pro-vides a variety of information in liver-biliary-pancreas disease. Such as helical CT, CTA, dynamic study in contrast-enhanced CT and MRI, MRCP, CT and MR guided transcuta- neous puncture biopsy etc. So that they have played an importam role for clinical diagnosis. Nowadays, they employed widely and their proper role in imaging examination has been established. With lecbnologic refinements and further research of new contrast medium the ability of detection for early lesion will be im-proved.
