摘要
对糖尿病病人进行强 化胰岛素治疗的目标是有效地控制血糖,降低慢性糖尿病并发症的发生发展,改善糖尿病病人的生活质量。本文主要介绍糖尿病胰岛素治疗方面的研究进展,包括研制胰岛素类似物,将胰岛素与某些多肽联合应用以及发展更有效的胰岛素摄入途径。
Intensive in-sulin therapy
for diabetes should be able to reach the goal of good glucose control in order to reduce the oc-currence and development of chronic diabetes complications and improve the quality of life for the diabeteics. This article introduced the progress in insulin regimen for diabetes treat-ment, suchas the study of insulin analogs, ad-junction of some peptides and developing bet-ter routes for insulin administration.
