护理干预对胆道镜保胆取石术疗效的影响研究

Nursing intervention on endoscopic cholecystolithotomy effect research

目的:探讨护理干预对胆道镜保胆取石术疗效的影响。方法:选取胆总管结石患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,两组全部实施胆道镜保胆取石术,对照组患者采用常规手术配合,观察组患者采用系统性护理干预,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量明显少于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预对胆道镜保胆取石术能明显缩短手术时间,提高手术成功率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the nursing interventions on the biliary tract endoscope Gallbladdersparing operation effect.Methods Inpatient treatment of common bile duct stones in patients with 60 cases,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group,two groups of full implementation of endoscope of biliary tract Gallbladdersparing operation,patients in the control group using conventional operation,observation group of patients with systemic nursing intervention,comparison of 2 groups of patients,operation time,bleeding during operation.Results The observation group were operation time,intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing interventions on the biliary tract endoscope gallbladder-protected Shi Shuneng obviously shorten the operation time,improve the success rate of operation,it is worth promoting in clinical.
