摘要 矿石装车过程中,放矿闸门控制的优劣直接影响到矿车装车效率及质量,而且会造成跑料、堵轨等安全事故。针对这一问题,提出模糊PID自适应料位控制策略,通过调节闸门开度,对瞬时装载量进行调整,构成闭环反馈控制。在整个装车过程中,确保装车效率和质量。仿真结果及现场实际应用证明了模糊PID控制方法对矿石装车系统中矿车的矿石料位控制的实用性。 The ore gate control is an essential part of the Ore loading process and affects the tramcar loading efficiency and quality, but will also cause the material spilling, blocking rail safety incidents. To solve this problem, a fuzzy PID adaptive level control strategy is proposed. It is by adjusting the gate opening, the instantaneous load adjustments, constitute a closed-loop feedback control. The control method is could ensure that the loading efficiency and quality of the whole loading process. The simulation results and the actual application to verify the fuzzy PID control method is efficient for Ore Material level control in the tramcar loading system.
