摘要 在起升机构2×2500双吊点电气同步控制系统中,利用矢量变频调速和PLC控制解决了在无机械轴联接下同步驱动同一位能性重载中的负载均衡控制难题。两台交流变频调速器均运行于闭环矢量速度模式,两者之间实时通讯,进行力矩限幅和补偿。PLC实时读取两台变频器状态,采样两吊点实时高度,进行偏差比较和校正,实现双吊点电气同步自动控制效果。 In the dual-point electrical synchronous control system for 2 × 2500 lifting framework, the vector frequency change and PLC control were used to resolve the difficult problem of the load balancing control. The difficult thing was that there wasn't a mechanism axes between the two points to lifting the heavy load. The two AC frequencies ran in the mode of close-loop vector speed. They communicated with each other in real-time and took torque limiting and compensating. PLC accessed the vector frequency real-time status and sampling the dual-point real-time heights. By using these to compare and revise, the system is achieving dual-point electrical synchronous automatic control.
