摘要
目的:采用HPLC法,检测不同成药时间陈皮中类黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性。方法:以柠檬酸-乙酸铵缓冲液和甲醇为流动相,利用梯度洗脱,分析1年、2年、3年、5年陈皮中橘皮素、新橙皮苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、川陈皮素、槲皮素、芦丁、圣草枸杞苷的含量并利用FRAP和DPPH法评价不同成药时间陈皮提取物抗氧化活性。结果:5年、3年陈皮中8种类黄酮组分的含量均高于1、2年的陈皮和新鲜陈皮,5年陈皮抗氧化活性高达11.07 mg/gDW。结论:陈皮的抗氧化活性与8种类黄酮组分的总量呈显著正相关关系。
Objective: To determine contents of flavonoid and its oxidation resisting activity in different ChenPi (Citrus Reticulata) with HPLC. Method: Hesperetin, neohesperidin, naringoside, hesperidin, nobiletin, quercetin, me- lim and eriocitrin in ChenPi of one year, two years and five years were analyzed with gradient elution, in which mobile phase was citric acid-ammonium acetate buffer and methanol, and their oxidation resisting activities from different ChenPi were evaluated with FRAP and DPPH. Result: Contents of eight kinds of flavonoids in ChenPi of three years and five years were higher than that in ChenPi of one year, two years and fresh one, Oxidation resisting activity of ex- tract from five years was up to 11.07 mg/g DW. Conclusion: There was notable positive relationship between total con- tents of eight kinds of flavonoids and their oxidation resisting activity.
