摘要
目的:分析中医院实习护生交流恐惧的差异,探索人际沟通能力培养模式。方法:将119名护生随机分为对照组、试验组,2组均给予常规培训,试验组同时加用意念-徒手模式,将试验组和对照组总恐惧均分进行对比。结果:恐惧评分培训前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训后组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:意念-徒手模式的应用对中医院实习护生人际沟通能力培养有着积极的作用。
Objective: To analyze communication apprehension of different probationer nurses in TCM hospital and explore cultivation model of interpersonal communication. Method: All 119 probationer nurses were randomly divided into control group and test group. Both groups received routine training, test group were also given with idea-unarmed model. Total scores of test group and control group were compared. Result: Comparison of Scores before and after treating suggested statistical meaning in the same group (P〈 0.05), comparison between both groups indicated statistical meaning after treating (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Application of idea-unarmed model is positive to cultivation of interpersonal communication for probationer nurses in TCM hospital.
