旋转斜扳手法配合中药外敷治疗神经根型颈椎病119例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating 119 Cases of Nerve Root Type of Cervical Spondylosis with Rotating-oblique-pulling Manipulation and External Application with Herbs

目的:观察旋转斜板手法配合中药外敷治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将233例患者随机分为2组;治疗组119例采用旋转斜板手法配合中药外敷治疗,对照组114例采用颈椎牵引治疗,2组均以治疗3周为1个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征积分及疼痛积分的变化情况。结果:症状、体征及疼痛积分2组治疗前后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:旋转斜板手法配合中药外敷治疗神经根型颈椎病可较好的缓解临床症状及体征。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of rotating-oblique-pulling manipulation and external applica- tion with herbs in treating nerve root type of cervical spondylosis. Method： All 233 patients were randomly allocated into two groups： 119 cases of treatment group received rotating-oblique-pulling manipulation and external application with herbs, 114 cases of control group were given with cervical traction. One session was three weeks for both groups. Changes including clinical symptoms before and after treating, body sign integrals and pain scores were observed. Re- suit： Comparison between both groups before and after treating suggested statistical meaning in symptoms, body signs and pain score （P〈0.05）; comparison between both groups after treating showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Con- clusion： Rotating-oblique-pulling manipulation and external application with herbs can relieve clinical symptoms and body signs in treating nerve root type of cervical spondylosis.
