摘要
目的:探讨手法松解治疗创伤性跟腱腱围炎的临床疗效。方法:运用手法松解治疗创伤性跟腱腱围炎35例患者。结果:痊愈18例,占51.43%;基本痊愈9例,占25.71%;好转7例,占20.00%;无效1例,占2.86%。总有效率97.14%。结论:手法松解治疗创伤性跟腱腱围炎疗效显著。
Objective： To explore clinical effects of manipulation release in treating achilles tendonitis. Method： Thirty-five patients with traumatic achilles tendonitis were treated with manipulation release, Result： Eighteen cases were cured and occupied 51.43%; nine cases were basically recovered and reached to 25.71%; seven cases effective and 20.00%; one case ineffective and 2.86%. Total effective rate was 97.14%. Conclusion： Manipulation release is effective in treating traumatic achilles tendonitis.
