Emergence of New Nurses under the Stimulation of New Medical System

护士是新体制、新政策的直接体现者和实践者,要求护理人员的服务理念要发生根本转变,突出人性化的护理、展示关爱患者的人文精神、提供优质廉价高效的护理服务核心思想。新体制赋予护士新的职责,要求新型护士的知识要多元性,懂法守法。同时提出新型护士的培养要从学校教育开始。

Nurses embody and practice new system and new policy, which requires total change of nurses＇ ser- vice idea, highlighting of humanized nursing, humanity demonstration of caring sick and core thinking of providing high-quality, inexpensive and efficient nursing service. Nurses are endowed with new responsibility by new system, in which require the nurse should grasp pluralism knowledge, know and obey the law. Meantime, it is suggested that cul- tivation of new nurses should begin with the education of school.
