对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者术前进行心理护理,术后给予密切观察病情变化、及时处理并发症、早期指导康复锻炼、中医辨证护理、出院指导等中西医结合护理措施,有助于患者术后恢复,提高手术效果,预防并发症的发生,促进患者康复。

Nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were given to help patients recovery after operation, improve clinical effects of surgery, prevent the complication and promote the rehabilitation, which in- clude to give the patients psychological nursing before the operation, closely observe pathological changes after opera- tion, treat complications in time, guide of rehabilitation exercise in early time, nursing of TCM syndrome differentia- tion, discharge guide and others.
