摘要
指出了先成圆后变异和直接成异工艺在生产槽类异型管方面的不足,提出以先成圆后变异工艺为载体,将直接成异工艺中实轧凹槽孔型移植到先成圆后变异工艺之第一道开口成型孔型上,并逐步成型、焊接为有槽圆管,随后利用现有异型轧辊整形成槽类异型管,从而形成先成槽圆再变异的新工艺。新工艺注重凹槽孔型与成圆孔型有机结合,并针对凹槽与成圆相互协调的孔型提出了一次轧制、同时轧制、公称尺寸设计、避空轧制等设计原则和方法。先成槽圆再变异工艺所生产的异型管槽型规整,焊缝强度高,焊接速度快,轧辊共用率高,为优质高效低成本地生产槽类管开辟了一条新途径。
In this article, it pointed out the insufficient in manufacturing grooved special pipe of firstly turning into round then deforming and directly deforming, put forward transplanting real rolling groove pass by directly deforming process on the first open forming pass of firstly turning round then deforming process, and formed progressively to groove round pipe. Subsequently, it utilized the current special rollers to manufacture grooved special pipe, thus, the firstly forming groove round and then deforming process came into being. The new process emphasizes organic combination of groove pass and forming round pass, aiming at mutual-coordinated pass between groove and forming round, some design principles and methods were proposed, such as one-time rolling, rolling at the same time, nominal dimension design, keep-space rolling and etc. The groove shape of special pipe by adopting firstly forming groove round and then deforming is regular, the toughness of weld is high, welding speed is fast, and the share rating of roller is high, which opened up a new way for manufacturing grooved pipe with good quality, high efficiency, and low cost.
