摘要
介绍了大直径直缝埋弧焊管管端圆周截面形状自动测量系统的组成,重点阐述了钢管周长、长轴、短轴以及圆心坐标的两种不同算法,即累加积分法和最小二乘椭圆拟合法。通过试验测量及两种不同算法的计算结果对比,得出了两种算法与实测值的误差,并进行了分析。分析结果表明,累加积分算法对钢管长轴短轴的计算结果更接近实际测量值。同时提出了提高该钢管管端圆周截面形状测量系统精度的改进措施。
In this article,it introduced automatic measurement system of large diameter SAWL pipe circumferential cross-section shape,emphasized two different coordinate algorithm of steel pipe perimeter, long axis, short axis and the center of a circle,that is accumulation integration and least-squares ellipse fitting algorithm. Through test measurement and compared with two kinds of calculation resuks,the error between two calculation methods aad actual measurement values was got and analyzed, the results showed that the result to long axis and short axis by accumulation integration, is closer to actual measurement value. Meanwhile ,the improved measures were put forward in increasing measurement system accuracy of steel pipe ends circumferential cross-section shape.
