摘要
目的:通过多级图像对比度放大技术(multi-scale image contrast amplification,MUSICA)的运用,提高口腔曲面全景摄影的影像质量。方法:随机抽取50例口腔曲面全景图像,经MUSICA处理后,获得原始组、处理组图像共100幅,由2位主管技师和一位诊断医师对100幅图像牙列区和下颌骨切牙区作主观评价,对统计数据应用SPSS12.0进行分析,P<0.05有统计学意义。结果:卡方检验结果χ2=6.797,P=0.033<0.05,2组数据对比有统计学意义。结论:MU-SICA可以明显提高口腔曲面全景摄影的影像质量。
Objective To improve the image quality of oral rotational panoramic radiography by using multi-scale image contrast amplification (MUSIA) algorithm. Methods Fifty cases were chosen at random and treated with MUSICA algorithm, then 100 images were obtained, including 50 raw ones of the control group and 50 treated ones of the treatment group. The subjective evaluation was made by two supervising technicians. Data were analyzed by chi-square of SPSS 12.0. Results Chi-square test, with X2 equal to 6.797 and P less than 0.05, indicated that there was statistically significant difference between two groups. Conclusion MUSICA algorithm can significantly improve the image quality of oral rotational panoramic radiography.
