摘要
分析了血液应急保障新需求下军队现有冷链保障装备的不足,从勤务需求、相变蓄能应用的技术优势,军事效益、社会经济效益等方面探讨了在血液储运中应用相变蓄能技术的必要性,指出了研制相变蓄能血液保温箱对有效完成新形势下的血液应急保障需要具有重要的意义。
The disadvantages of the existing refrigeration equipment for blood storage and transportation are analyzed. The necessity of developing phase change energy storage blood refrigerators is discussed in some aspects, including the requirements of blood supply, technique advantage of phase change energy storage, military benefits, socioeconomic benefits, etc.
