摘要 目的:分析数字DR成像入射剂量与曝光指数之间的关系。方法 :选择不同管电压值和管电流值进行DR成像,测量不同成像条件下入射剂量和图像噪声并记录其曝光指数的大小。结果:当管电压一定时,曝光指数随入射剂量的增加呈指数增长,曝光指数与图像噪声之间线性相关系数为0.913。结论:曝光指数是图像噪声水平的指示值,曝光指数与入射剂量之间相关性在临床应用中具有一定的指导意义。 Objective To analyze the correlation between exposure index(EI) and entrance dose on patient in Digital Radiology. Methods Entrance dose and image noise(SD) was measured under different tube voltages and tube currents and exposure index were recorded.Results For a given tube voltage exposure index was exponentially increased with entrance dose; the correlation factor for image noise and exposure index was 0.913. Conclusion Exposure Index is an indicator for the image noise level, and the correlation between exposure index and entrance dose has a certain significance in the clinical application.
