摘要
采用锦纶镀银纤维,通过合理选择纤维即Sorbtek⑧涤纶丝.开发织造了一种锦纶镀银纤维交织面料,分析了其染色条件对面料抗菌效果的影响。结果表明.常规的涤纶染色温度(130~135℃)在一定程度上会削减含镀银纤维针织面料的抗菌效果.而较为温和的染色温度(120~125℃)能够保证织物拥有显著的抗菌效果,并且确保布面优良的匀染性及合格的色牢度:在染色后的还原清洗阶段.需选择不含高度磺化的净洗剂如酸性还原净洗剂MC,在酸性条件下(pH值4.99)进行还原清洗。实践数据显示,在染色温度125℃、最佳还原清洗工艺条件下。所开发的锦纶镀银纤维交织面料经染整加工后.仍然可以维持较好的抗菌效果。
This paper uses the silver-coated nylon and SorbtekR polyester to develop one kind of inter-knitted fabric,and analyzes the influence of dyeing conditions on its anti-bacterial effect.The research results show that the conventional dyeing temperature for polyester(130~135 ℃) can reduce the anti-bacterial effect of silver-coated fiber knitted fabric,but the relatively lower temperature(120~125 ℃) can guarantee the remarkable anti-bacterial effect and the good level-dyeing property and fastness is also assured;and in the reduction clearing process,the detergent should be selected without acid reduction detergent MC,the pH value should be 4.99.The experimental data show that under the condition of dyeing temperature of 125 ℃ and optimized reduction clearing,the developed fabric can still keep excellent anti-bacterial effect even after being dyed and finished.
