摘要
根据甘肃省糜子地方资源来源分组,经组内聚类,按照20%取样比例确定相应数量类群,根据各基因型在类群中的平均离差度确定取样样本,构建初级种质库,并对核心种质遗传多样性指数、特征性状值、符合率进行检测评价。共构建甘肃省糜子核心种质122份,占总资源的21.6%。核心种质较好地反映了甘肃省糜子地方资源的遗传多样性,代表了供试种质。
On the basis of the grouping of Gansu province millet sources of local resources by the group clustering, according to the proportion of 20% of the samples to determine the appropriate number of groups, and the groups in the average of each genotype from the gradient to determine the sampling sample to build the primary germplasm bank, and the Inspection and evaluation of the core of the genetic diversity index, characteristics and values, in line with the rate. In this study, 122 millet core collection of Gansu province were constructed, with only 21.6% of the total resources. In condusion, the core collection reflects the millet genetic diversity of local resources in Gansu province, it represents the tested germplasm.
