摘要
目的 :研究脊髓损伤后脊髓神经元内酶学的变化 ,并探索睫状神经营养因子 (CNTF)对神经元的保护作用。 方法 :用 Allen改良法打击模型致 SD大鼠 T8脊髓损伤 ,分别于术前及术后 3,7,10 d测定脊髓组织内乙酰胆碱酯酶 (ACh E)和酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)的含量。结果 :ACh E于术后持续下降 ;ACP在术后第 3天开始上升 ,第 7天升至最高 ,以后逐渐下降 ;用 CNTF处理的大鼠上述两种酶变化的幅度较小 ,且整个过程也比较平稳。 结论
Objective: To study the enzymic changes and protective effect of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) on neurons in spinal cord injury. Methods: SD rats were subjected to incomplete spinal cord injury with modified Allen methods. Activities of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and acid phosphatase (ACP) in spinal cord were quantitatively measured preoperatively, and 3,7, 10 days after spinal cord injury. Results: AChE activity decreased gradually after injury. ACP activity increased 3 days after injury, and reached peak on the 7th day, then recovered gradually. The rats treated with CNTF showed relatively smooth change of the 2 kinds of enzymes. Conclusion: CNTF plays a role in protecting the spinal cord neurons against injury.
