Effects of sodium ferulate on proliferation and collagen synthesis of HSC-T6 in vitro

目的 :研究阿魏酸钠对大鼠贮脂细胞株 HSC- T6增殖及胶原合成的影响。 方法 :采用肝贮脂细胞株 ,以细胞增殖抑制率为指标 ,用噻唑蓝 (MTT)法测定药物对大鼠贮脂细胞株 HSC- T6增殖的影响 ;通过 3H-脯氨酸掺入法测定药物对 HSC- T6胶原合成的影响。 结果 :阿魏酸钠对大鼠贮脂细胞株 HSC- T6增殖及胶原合成的抑制率随药物浓度增加(2 8.9～ 46 2 .6 nm ol/ L)而升高 ,呈药物浓度依赖关系。 结论 :阿魏酸钠在体外对大鼠贮脂细胞株 HSC-

Objective: To explore the influence of sodium ferulate on proliferation of HSC T6 and synthesis of collagen in rats. Methods: The effects of sodium ferulate on proliferation of HSC T6 were observed by MTT colorimetric assay and synthesis of collagen were observed by the incorporation of 3H proline. Results: Sodium ferulate inhibited the proliferation of HSC T6 and synthesis of collagen in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion: Sodium ferulate can prevent HSC T6 cell proliferation and collagen synthesis significantly in vitro .
