摘要
从金融功能观出发对商业银行价值链进行了解析。借鉴全球银行业向全功能金融服务商转型的历史经验,指出后危机时代我国商业银行以规模扩张和同质化为特征的价值链已经难以持续,必须以客户为中心,从间接融资中介向金融服务中介转型。转型措施包括制定差异化的竞争策略、优化内部价值链、建设外部价值链、打造金融服务价值链网络。
Based on an analysis of the commercial function of the banking value chains and lessons from the trans- formation of the world banking services, the paper posits that the values of the current Chinese commercial banks characterized by scale-expansion and homogeneity are no longer valid in the post-crisis era. They ought to trans-form themselves into customer-centered financial service agents. To achieve this transformation, banks need to work out differentiating competition strategies, optimize internal value chains, construct external value chains and develop financial service network.
