大肠癌患者手术前后外周血生长抑素的变化及其与机体免疫功能的关系

Correlation between plasma somatostatin and immune function pre-or post-operatively in patients with colorectal cancer

目的 :研究大肠癌患者手术前后生长抑素 (SS)的变化及其与机体免疫功能的关系。 方法 :观察 2 5例大肠癌患者手术前后外周血 SS水平及免疫功能的改变 ,并分析两者变化的相关性。 结果 :大肠癌组术前外周血 SS水平明显高于对照组(P<0 .0 1) ;术后较术前明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,且与对照组相比无显著差异。而大肠癌组术前 NK细胞活性、CD4+ T细胞比例、淋巴细胞增值能力以及 IL - 2诱生水平均显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,手术后上述指标虽较术前有明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,但仍低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;另外大肠癌组 CD8+ T细胞手术前后无明显变化 ,但均显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。大肠癌患者手术前后外周血 SS的变化与其 NK细胞活性、CD4+ T细胞比例、淋巴细胞增值能力以及 IL - 2的诱生水平均呈显著负相关。 结论 :大肠癌患者外周血 SS水平升高不仅与肿瘤的存在密切相关 。

Objective: To investigate the changes in plasma somatostatin and its correlation with immune function in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: Twenty five cases of colorectal cancer were collected to detect the plasma somatostatin and the immune function pre or post operatively, and the correlation between the plasma somatostatin and the immune function was analyzed. Results: The plasma somatostatin levels in patients with colorectal cancer were significantly higher than that in the controls. After operation, the PSS levels reduced markedly and showed no significant changes compared with the control groups. The NK activity, the proportion of CD4 + T subtype, the proliferation of lymphocytes and the induced IL 2 levels were markedly improved compared with that before operation in patient, but it was still significantly different compared with the control group. The proportion of CD8 + T subtype pre and post operation remained unchanged. Both post and pre operative PSS levels had a significant negative correlation with NK activity, the proportion of CD4 + T subtype, the proliferation of lymphocytes and IL 2 level. Conclusion: High level of PSS is related to the colorectal tumor existence, and there is a strong negative correlation between PSS and immune function in patients with colorectal cancer.
