入托入学查验预防接种证对儿童监护人知识、态度、行为干预效果 被引量:7

Intervention Effect About Inoculation Certificate in Child Care Setting and School Admission to KAP of Children's Guardians

摘要 目的评价入托入学查验预防接种证项目对儿童监护人相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)的干预效果。方法通过社区类实验研究的方法,采用单组时间序列设计,选择项目前、后儿童监护人进行问卷调查,对比开展入托入学查验预防接种证项目地区,项目开展前、后儿童监护人相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)情况等指标。采用多元线性回归,分析儿童监护人KAP的影响因素。结果通过项目的实施,儿童监护人知识、态度和行为的相关指标均有所提高,其中知识掌握和行为改变幅度与项目前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童户籍、居住地、监护人职业、项目分组对其KAP的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论入托入学查验预防接种证项目对儿童监护人的健康教育干预措施效果显著,建议在今后的工作中,应找准最佳干预对象,采取行之有效的干预方法,并且加强监督,确保各项措施落实。 Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of the inoculation certificate in child care setting and school admission to knowledge,attitudes and practice(KAP) of children’s guardians.Methods Through the method of community quasi experimental study,with time series design,investigated the children’s guardians before and after the intervention,to compare the KAP.Multiple linear regression was adopted to analyze the influencing factors of children’s guardians’ KAP.Results Through the KAP intervention program,the KAP of the children’s guardians got higher than before.Compared to the KAP before the program,there are significant differences in the part of knowledge and behaviors(P〈0.05).The difference of those factors on KAP are significant(P〈0.05),such as registered permanent residence,residence,the occupation of children’s guardians and intervention or not.Conclusion The strengthening school entry requirement project is remarkably effective.It is suggested that a variety of measures should be taken to promote the program,such as selecting the key intervention target,using the appropriate intervention methods,strengthening the supervision and ensuring the implementation of the measures.
