复心片中总黄酮含量的测定

Determination of General Flavones in Fuxin Tablets

目的 :建立复心片中总黄酮的含量测定项。方法 :采用分光光度法测定复心片中总黄酮的含量 ,以硝酸铝—亚硝酸钠为显色剂 ,检测波长为 5 0 0nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 2 6 % ,CV为 1 5 5 %。结论 :此方法简便、灵敏、准确 。

Objective: To establish a quantitative determination method of general flavones in Fuxin tablet. Methods: Spectrophotometry was used to determine directly the general flavones in Fuxin tablet. Using aluminium nitrate-sodium as color reagent and detection wavelength at 500nm. Results: The linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of the added sample of 100.26%, CV=1.55%.
