低频脉冲电刺激联合吞咽功能训练治疗脑卒中合并吞咽障碍临床观察 被引量:39

摘要 目的探讨低频脉冲电刺激联合吞咽训练对卒中患者吞咽障碍的治疗效果。方法 112例脑卒中所致的吞咽障碍患者按照分层区组随机化设计分为治疗组及对照组各56例,均接受吞咽训练和常规的药物治疗,治疗组同时进行低频脉冲电刺激疗法,疗程1个月。治疗前1d、治疗2周后及治疗1个月后,采用日本洼田氏饮水试验分别对两组患者的吞咽功能进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率为96.42%,对照组为80.35%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频脉冲电刺激联合吞咽训练能有效改善脑卒中后的吞咽功能。 Objective To observe the effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy combined swallowing training for neurogenic dysphagia after stroke.Methods 112 patients with dysphagia caused by stroke were randomly divided into two groups by stratified area group random design-treatment group(56 cases) and control group(56 cases).Both groups received swallowing training and conventional medical treatment.The treatment group was managed with neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy in addition.They were treated for one month.Water drinking test was used to assess the swallowing function respectively when one day before treatment,two weeks after and one month after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.42%,that of the control group was 80.35%(P〈0.05).Conclusion The neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment is effective in improving the swallowing function after stroke.
