内质网应激中未折叠蛋白反应与非酒精性脂肪性肝病的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 内质网(endoplasmic reticulum,ER)是真核细胞中重要的细胞器,它是由封闭的膜系统和膜围成的腔,形成互相沟通的三维网状结构。早在1945年,由Porter等学者在对培养的小鼠成纤维细胞进行电镜观察时发现并命名。它是蛋白质合成、折叠、组装、运输和细胞内钙储存的主要场所,同时参与脂质代谢和类固醇激素的合成。钙离子稳态的改变和未折叠或错误折叠蛋白质在内质网内的蓄积可以引发内质网应激(endoplas-,)。
