三补丸合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎35例

Therapeutic efficacy of triple tonifying boluses combined with adefovir dipivoxil in treatment of chronic hepatitis B:a report of 35 cases

目的:观察三补丸合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:对照组35例单用阿德福韦酯治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗的基础上加三补丸治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.14%,对照组为74.29%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组HBeAg阴转和HBeAg/HBeAb转换比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:三补丸合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of triple tonifying boluses combined with adefovir dipivoxil in treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods： Therapy with adefovir dipivoxil was applied to the patients with chronic hepatitis B in a control group （n = 35 ）, while triple tonifying boluses were used as an addition to ade- fovir dipivoxil in a treatment group （ n = 35 ）. Results ： The total effective rates were 97. 14% in the treatment group and 74.29% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group showed better performance than the control group in terms of negative conversion of HBeAg and HBeAg/HBeAb conversion （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Triple tonifying boluses combined with adefovir dipivoxil have good therapeutic efficacy in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
