新形势下大学生村官的选聘及其去向探析——以四川省安岳县为例

The Selection and Appointment and its Whereabouts of University Student Village Officer under the New Situation:Cased by Anyue County,Sichuan Province

选聘高校毕业生到农村担任大学生"村官",是党中央做出的一项重要部署,对社会主义新农村建设具有重要的战略意义。通过对四川省安岳县大学生村官的相关情况进行调查,发现大学生村官的存在对改善农村基层干部队伍结构、促进农村经济发展、带动村民素质的提高和活跃农村文化氛围起到了重要的作用。以此对安岳县大学生村官的去向进行调查,得出相应的结论。

It was an important arrangement to select and appoint the college graduates to the coun- tryside as village officer for the CPC Central Committee which has an important strategic significance for constructing a new socialist countryside. Through investigating the related situation of university student village officer in Anyue county, Sichuan province, the paper found that the existence of univer- sity student village officer has played an important role to improve the structure of rural grassroots ca- dres, promote rural economic development, promote the improvement of the quality of villagers and ac- tive rural culture. Hence, the paper investigated the whereabouts of university student village officer in Anyue county, Sichuan province and drew corresponding conclusions.
