摘要
【目的】研究Cox-2和EZH2在涎腺黏液表皮样癌(MEC)中的表达和意义。【方法】应用免疫组化PV-6001二步法检测34例MEC、11例正常涎腺组织(NSG)中Cox-2、EZH2的表达,采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计学分析。【结果】Cox-2与EZH2在MEC中的表达明显高于NSG,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Cox-2在MEC高、中、低分化、复发及转移中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);EZH2在MEC高、中与低分化、部位、复发、转移中的表达差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);两者在MEC中的表达呈正相关(rs=0.680,P<0.01)。【结论】Cox-2、EZH2在MEC中高表达,且与MEC病理分型及复发、转移密切相关;EZH2的表达还与MEC的发生部位有关;联合检测Cox-2和EZH2有助于MEC的诊断、治疗及预后评估。
[Objective] To explore the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (Cox-2) and its enhancer of zester homologne (EZH2) in mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC). [Methods] PV-6001 two-step immunohistochemical assay was used to test the expression of Cox-2 and EZH2 in 34 cases of MEC and 11 cases of normal salivary gland tissue (NSG), and SPSS16.0 software was used for statistical analysis. [Results] The expression level of Cox-2 and EZH2 in the MEC was significantly higher than that in the NSG group (P 〈 0.01). Cox-2 expressed the high, middle and low differentiated group and recurrent group and metastasized tissue (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01). There was statistical difference of the expression of EZH2 not only among the high, middle and low differentiated group but also in localization and recurrence and metastasis of MEC (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). The expression of Cox-2 and EZH2 in MEC was positively correlated (rs = 0.680, P 〈 0.01). [Conclusions] It is suggested that Cox-2 and EZH2 expressed in MEC related to its localization, recurrence and metastasis. The expression of EZH2 might be related with the localization of MEC. And the examination of Cox-2 combined with EZH2 in the MEC might be a useful approach for determining its diagnosis, management and prognosis.
