摘要
【目的】探讨应用利福平油纱和重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对大面积深度烧伤后残余肉芽创面的疗效。【方法】对56例大面积烧伤患者后期残余创面分二组进行自身观察对照治疗:研究组(32例)应用利福平油纱和重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)治疗,对照组(24例)选择单用皮维碘软膏作自身对照治疗,观察和比较两组残余创面细菌转阴率和创面愈合情况。【结果】研究组细菌总转阴率为72%,对照组为23%(P<0.01),两组差异有非常显著性意义;研究组创面平均愈合时间为(20.36±5.98)d,而对照组为(29.6±8.72)d,研究组创面较对照组平均提前约10 d愈合,P<0.05,两组差异有显著性意义。【结论】应用利福平油纱和rhEGF治疗烧伤残余创面,能有效地清除残余创面感染的主要细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌和MRSA),可明显加速烧伤残余创面的愈合。
[ Objective] To study the curative effect of domestic recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) combined with rifabutin oil gauze for the freatment of residual burn granulation occurred during the late period of extensive burns. [ Methods ] A total of 56 patients suffering from granulation were divided into two groups: in observing group, 32 patients were locally treated with rifabutin oil gauze and rhEGF; 24 patients suffering from residual burn granulation were used as auto-control group. Germ negative converting rate and healing time of residual burn granulation in the two groups were observed and recorded. [Results] Total germ negative converting rate in treatment group was 72% and that in auto-control group was 23%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0. 01). The average healing time in treatment group and control group were (20.36 ± 5.98) days and (20.36 ± 5.98) days respectively, the healing time of residual burn granulation in treatment group was shorter for about 10 days than that of the control group (P 〈 0. 05), there was significant difference between the two groups. [Conclusions] Rifabutin oil gauze and rhEGR could enhance residual burn granulation healing obviously.
