New Synthesis Method for Squalene

摘要 对角鲨烯的合成方法作出重要改进,新的合成路线包括以1,4-二氯丁烷为起始原料,经Arbuzov反应、wittig-horner反应合成角鲨烯。反应选择性好,副产物少,工艺较简单,操作方便。 The new synthesis method for Squalene was discussed. Using 1,4-dichloro-butane as the starting material, via Arbuzov reaction, Witting-horner reaction, Squalene was obtained. The new method has advantages such as high reaction selectivity, less by-product, simple process and easy control.
