摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水为流动相,采用C18色谱柱和可变波长紫外检测器,在254 nm波长下对样品进行定量分析,结果表明氟嘧磺隆的线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.1%,变异系数为0.1%,平均回收率为99.8%。
The method for quantitative analysis of primisulfuron-methyl by HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase, C18 column and variable wavelength detector at 254 nm was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the standard deviation was 0,1%, the variation coefficient was 0.1%, the average recovery was 99.8%.
