高温稀土永磁体Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.09)Cu_(0.09)Zr_(0.03))_(7.69)磁性能的研究 被引量:2

Study of magnetic properties for the high temperature rare-earth permanent magnets Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.09)Cu_(0.09)Zr_(0.03))_(7.69)

摘要 采用粉末冶金法制备Sm(CobalFe0.09Cu0.09Zr0.03)7.69稀土永磁体,研究了烧结温度对磁体的磁性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,剩磁Br、内禀矫顽力Hcj及最大磁能积(BH)max都先增加后降低。磁体的综合磁性能在烧结温度为1230℃时最优,室温下Br、Hcj和(BH)max分别达到10.40kGs、25.16kOe和25.88MGOe,且1230℃烧结磁体的温度稳定性较好,有望应用在500℃的工作环境中。 Sm( CObalFe0.09Cuo.09Zr0.03 )7.69 magnet was prepared by conventional powder metallurgy tech- niques, and the effect of sintering temperature on magnetic properties was studied. It is found that with increasing sintering temperature, the intrinsic coercivity Hoj, the remanence Brand the maximum energy product (BH)m^x increase first and then decrease. The optimal magnetic properties are Br = 10.40kGs, Hci = 25. 161kOe, (BH)max = 25.88MGOe at room temperature when the magnet is sintered at 1230~C. The temperature stability of magnets sintered at 1230~C is excellent and can work under the condition of 500~C.
