白细胞介素-4对哮喘患者血清IgE的影响

THE EFFECT OF INHALED INTERLEUKIN-4 ON SERUM IgE LEVELS IN ASTHMATICS

目的 :探讨白细胞介素 - 4(IL- 4)在过敏性支气管哮喘发病机制中对 Ig E的作用。方法 :试验采用双盲、交叉、随机、安慰剂对照的设计方法 ,给予 8例过敏性哮喘患者吸入 2 0 μg人重组 IL- 4或载体溶液 ,并分别于吸入前、吸入后 2 ,2 4,48h测定患者血清 Ig E水平。结果 :吸入载体溶液与吸入 IL- 4前的血清总 Ig E基础值无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,吸入后各时点血清总 Ig E亦无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :吸入 IL- 4对哮喘患者血清 Ig E水平无影响 ,提示 IL- 4参与过敏性哮喘发病机制是以趋化 EOS浸润气道致慢性炎症的途径为主 ,而非 Ig E途径为主。

Objctive:In order to investigate the role of interleuin 4 (IL 4) to IgE levels in asthmatics Methods:We investigated the effect of inhaled recombinant human IL 4 on serum IgE levels in eight patients with allergic bronchial asthma using a placebo controled study design,and determined IgE levels of these cases before inhalation and at 2,24,48 hours after inhalation Result:IL 4 inhalation did not cause any changes in serum IgE levels at any time throughout the study Conclusions:IL 4 induced airway hyperreactivity is not IgE dependent mechanism related
