摘要
制备出规格为630 mm/530 mm×300 mm的TC11钛合金薄壁环材。分别选用不同的固溶温度、固溶冷却方式和时效温度对环材试样进行热处理,研究热处理制度对环材室温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:经过950℃×1h/AC+930℃×1.5 h/WC+580℃×6 h/AC三重热处理,可以得到室温拉伸性能满足Rm≥1 100 MPa、Rp0.2≥1 000MPa、A≥10%、Z≥20%要求的TC11合金薄壁环材。
The TCll thin walled ring as φ630 mm/φ530 mm × 300 mm were produced. And the influence of heat treatment to the room -temperature tension performance were investigated by adopting different solution temperature, solution cooling method and aging temperature respectively. The results show that the room -temperature tension prop- erties of TCI 1 thin walled ring could meet Rm ≥1 100 MPa, Rp0.2 ≥ 1 000 MPa, A ≥ 10%, Z≥20% after triple heat treating as 950 ℃×1 h/AC +930℃×1.5 h/WC +580℃×6 h/AC.
