摘要
目的 :观察国产膜肺的临床应用效果。方法 :在体外循环灌注中 ,2 0例应用国产膜肺为观察组 ( 组 ) ,3 0例应用国产鼓泡式氧合器为对照组 ( 组 ) ,于手术后分别记录其用呼吸机行呼吸支持时间 ,胸腔 (心包 )引流量 ,需在 ICU监护时间 ,必要时测定血浆内毒素 ,并进行比较。结果 : 组各项指标明显优于 组 (P <0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,临床效果满意。结论 :国产膜肺临床效果优于传统的国产鼓泡式氧合器 ,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of domestic membrane oxyenator Methods:The Patients were divided into group of membrane oxyenator (group Ⅰ,n=20) and group of bubble oxyenator (group Ⅱ,n=30) The mechanical Ventilation time,the Volume of thoracic drainage,the care time of ICU and plasma endotoxin were recorded and compared between two Groups after operation Results:All the items of Group Ⅰ were much better than those of group Ⅱ Conclusion:The curatire effect of membrane oxyenator is better than bubble oxyenator and is worthy of application and dissemination
