桥脑角区肿瘤的显微外科手术治疗

MICRONEUROSURGICAL TREATMENT OF CEREBELLOPONTINE ANGLE TUMORS

目的 :提高显微外科手术切除小脑桥脑角区肿瘤的技巧 ,减少手术并发症 ,予病人术后良好的生存质量。方法 :分析1994～ 1998年我科经显微外科手术切除小脑桥脑角区肿瘤 42例的经验。结果 :全切除 31例 (73.8% ) ,次全切 6例 (14.2 % ) ,面神经保留 2 1例 (5 0 % ) ,死亡 2例 (4.7% )。结论 :应用显微外科技术是改善小脑桥脑角区肿瘤手术效果 ,减少手术并发症的关键。

Objective:To improve the operative skill of cerebellopontine angle tumors,reduce operative complications and return a satisfactory living quality to patients Methods:During 1994~1998 forty two patients with the cerebellopontine angle tumors were treated under microsurgical skill Results:Total removal of tumor was achieved in 31 cases(73 8%),sub total removal of tumor was achieved in 6(14 2%), VII,cranial nerves can be preserved in 21 cases(50%),two patients died during the postoperative period leading to an operative mortality of 4 7% Conlusions:Microsurgical technique is crucial for reducing the operative comlications and produces good results
