摘要
红外传感器的建模仿真是信号注入式仿真性能评估中的关键环节。通过分析红外成像系统的工作过程,提出了一种由调制传递函数(MTF)法、基于图像像素处理法以及光线追迹法相结合的红外传感器建模方法;为了定性地对所建立的红外传感器模型进行评估和分析,需要对仿真后的红外图像进行分析和评价,提出了由一、二维直方图和图像傅立叶频谱分析相结合的分析方法,并结合仿真试验结果进行了成像仿真效果分析,验证了模型的可行性,避免了单一分析方法只能评价部分效应成像效果的缺陷。
In the performance evaluation of signal injection simulation, modeling and simulating of the infrared sensor is a key part. Through analyzing the infrared imaging system work process, the method of combination of modulation transfer function, based on image pixel processing and ray tracing on infrared sensor modeling is put up. For getting a qualitative assessment and analysis on the established infrared sensor model, analysis and evaluation of the post-simulated infrared images is needed. Consequently, an analysis method of combination of one dimensional histogram, two-dimensional histogram and fourier spectrum analysis is put up. It can avoid the defects that the single analysis can only evaluate part of the effect of imaging. Analysis on imaging simulation results is given with the results of simulation experiment results and the feasibility of the model is verified.
