摘要
为了更好的协调政府与房地产开发商之间的矛盾,不仅能满足政府小户型面积的比例要求,而且能使房地产开发商获得更好的利润,文章设计了小户型面积分配方案和开发商资金分配方案,通过计算证明这种方法是最优的。
In order to coordinate the contradiction between the government and the real estate developers, this paper design an algorithm, it not only satisfy the requirement of small family area proportion of the government, but also make the real estate developer get more profits, the algorithm includes small family area allocation scheme and developers capital allocation plan based on entropyeoefficient, this method is optimal proved by calculation.
